Description

This course provides a detailed approach to digital transformation in organisations, covering the foundations, technologies and innovation, as well as implementation strategies. Participants will learn about the basic concepts and importance of digital transformation, explore emerging technologies, and how to integrate them, and identify effective implementation strategies. Through real-life examples and regular knowledge checks, the course prepares participants to reflect on digital change processes within organisations.

Assessment and certification

At the end of each module, in order to assess your progress, you will take a test with a mandatory knowledge check, which will account for 50% of the final grade.

At the end of the course, you will take a Final Assessment Test, which will account for 50% of the final grade.
