Description

This course provides a detailed approach to the principles and practices of cloud security, covering foundational concepts, threat and vulnerability management, legal and regulatory compliance, and advanced security practices. Participants will learn about the different cloud service models, techniques for identifying and protecting against threats, and methods for ensuring compliance with security standards. In addition, the course will explore advanced techniques in encryption, access control, identity and access management (IAM), and the use of cloud‐based firewalls. Strategies to ensure the resilience and recovery of data and systems in the event of security incidents will also be examined.

Assessment and certification

At the end of each module, in order to assess your progress, you will complete a test with a compulsory learning check, which will account for 50% of the final grade.

At the end of the course, you will take a Final Assessment Test worth 50% of the final mark.
