Description
This course offers a detailed approach to digital transformation within organisations, covering its foundations, technologies and innovation, as well as implementation strategies. Participants will learn about the basic concepts and importance of digital transformation, explore emerging technologies and how to integrate them, and identify effective strategies for implementing digital transformation. With real examples and regular knowledge‐assessment questions, the course prepares participants to reflect on digital change processes within organisations.
Assessment and certification
At the end of each module, in order to assess your progress, you will complete a test with a compulsory learning check, which will account for 50% of the final grade.
At the end of the course, you will take a Final Assessment Test worth 50% of the final mark.
