Description

In this course, "Digital Etiquette and Communication", participants will learn the basic principles of digital communication and how it compares to face-to-face interaction. They will explore various communication channels and learn how to differentiate and adapt their communication style to different contexts and interlocutors. The course will also address best practices in digital etiquette, the impact of communication on online reputation, and techniques for managing online conflict. Additionally, the challenges and strategies for effective communication within remote teams will be discussed, with a focus on maintaining team engagement and morale.

Assessment and certification

At the end of each module, in order to assess your progress, there will be a mandatory learning assessment, which will be worth 50% of the final grade.

At the end of the course, there will be a Final Evaluation Test, worth 50% of the final grade.
