What you will learn

  • Implement the iterative design process – Collect and analyse feedback, identify issues, and continuously refine digital interfaces and experiences.
  • Analyse and evaluate the usability of digital products – Identify friction points and propose solutions to improve efficiency and accessibility.
  • Design intuitive and accessible digital experiences – Create interfaces that offer smooth navigation and a user-centred experience.
  • Adapt usability to emerging technologies – Apply usability best practices in Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Artificial Intelligence (AI), ensuring innovative and effective experiences.
  • Integrate usability into the digital strategy – Incorporate usability principles into digital projects, improving user conversion, retention, and satisfaction.

Description

In an increasingly digital world, user experience is a decisive factor in the success of any online product or service. Confusing interfaces, complex navigation, or lack of accessibility can drive users away and compromise business goals.

This course offers a practical and strategic approach to understanding the user, applying usability testing, and continuously improving digital interfaces. By mastering these skills, participants will be prepared to create intuitive and accessible experiences, increase engagement, and optimise conversion.

Assessment and certification

At the end of each module, in order to assess your progress, you will have a test with a mandatory learning verification, which will account for 50% of your final grade.
At the end of the course, you will take a Final Assessment Test, which will account for the remaining 50% of your final mark.
